“Sylvia Becker-Hill is an authentic, inspiring and powerfully engaging workshop leader. For two years in a row she has been in high demand to speak at the annual coaches conference hosted by the Professional Coaches Association of Michigan (PCAM). As the conference chair, I have reviewed and selected speakers from around the country – Sylvia consistently aligns with the conference theme and goals, provides experiential and relevant content that sends participants forth with practical tools to use in their “real life”. She has received a 5 out of 5 on the evaluations both years and has the largest number of attendees in her breakout sessions; everyone knows to expect a transformative experience. Sylvia is gifted with the ability to create an environment where people literally step out of their comfort zone and make commitments for change that lead to action. I have enjoyed Sylvia’s professionalism and commitment and I highly recommend her for your conference or workshop.
